Plain-language terms for the site and the free Scorecard.

About these terms

These terms cover your use of sierraworks.co and the free AI Scorecard offered by SierraWorks Automation Company ("SierraWorks", "we", "us"). Paid services, including a Setup or Monthly plan, are governed by a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms. By using the site you agree to these terms.

The free AI Scorecard

• The Scorecard is a free 30-minute conversation about how your business runs, followed by a written scorecard with recommendations, delivered within 24 hours after the call.
• It is yours to keep. There is no obligation to hire us.
• It is based on what you tell us and on public information. Its estimates, projected savings and roadmaps are suggestions, not guarantees of any result.
• It is general business guidance. It is not legal, tax, financial or accounting advice.
• We may decline or stop offering a scorecard at any time, for example if a request looks like spam or is outside our service area.

What you give us

• Give us accurate information, and only information you have the right to share.
• You keep ownership of your information. You let us use it to prepare your scorecard and respond to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our content

The site, the scorecard format and our materials belong to SierraWorks. You may use your own scorecard inside your business. Please do not copy or resell our materials, or present them as your own.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break or probe it, overload it, scrape it at scale, send harmful code, or submit false or someone else's information.

Paid services

If you hire us, the written agreement sets the scope, price, billing, cancellation and data handling. Nothing on this site is an offer you can accept without that agreement. Prices shown on the site are subject to change until you agree in writing.

No warranty

The site and the free Scorecard are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that the site will always be available or error free, or that any recommendation will produce a particular result for your business.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, SierraWorks is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits or revenue, from your use of the site or the free Scorecard. Our total liability for the free services is limited to $100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Links to other sites

The site may link to other sites, such as our scheduling provider. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Placer County or Sacramento County, California, unless our written agreement says otherwise.

SMS terms

Text messages are sent by SierraWorks Automation Company, LLC (doing business as SierraWorks). SierraWorks sends alerts and notices from its own number to its owner and to administrators of client businesses who opt in, such as a notice when a scheduled sync did not run and a weekly summary. We also reply to people who text that number first. Each client business has its own separate number for its own messages.

• Opt in: owners and administrators of client businesses opt in to alerts and notices. We reply to anyone who texts the number first.
• Opt out: reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT at any time. We will confirm and stop texting that number.
• Help: reply HELP, or email hello@sierraworks.co.
• Rates: message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: we do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or opt-in data for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version. Continued use of the site means you accept the update.
