National / global
Your AI operations partner, location by location.
200+ people, or many locations.
We work with your operations and IT teams to set up one operating system across your locations, start with a Diagnostic at one, and stay until your people use it.
Scoped by roles and locations, and agreed in writing before we start.
Not a tool drop. A partner who stays until it sticks.
You are in the right place if...
- You run many locations, as a national company, a franchise system or a group of offices.
- You have 200+ people, or a headquarters that sets how locations operate.
- Your IT or security team reviews new tools, and you need the answers in writing.
Solo to about 10 people, one location? See Local. About 11 to 200 people, or several locations? See Regional.
Why companies bring us in
Sound familiar?
You already pay for AI tools, and you can’t tell who uses them.
Each location does the work its own way.
IT and security need to know what any new system would touch.
Where work tends to slip
Sound familiar?
The same process, done five ways.
Each location has its own habit, so headquarters can’t compare them.
Handoffs between offices.
Detail gets lost when work moves across sites.
Onboarding new locations and staff.
Every new site gets the same checklist and the same chasing.
Records and compliance.
Deadlines and documents depend on whoever remembers.
Reporting to headquarters.
Monthly reports get assembled by hand from different formats.

Who this is for
National insurance agencies and brokerages
Renewals, certificate requests and claim updates differ by office.
National construction management
Pay applications, lien waivers and owner updates run on each project’s own habits.
Franchisors and franchisees
Headquarters wants consistency. Each owner wants to keep control.
Multi-location operators
Reports, onboarding and follow-up vary from site to site.

How we work with your IT and governance
A set of desks per location.
Headquarters sets the standard desks. Each location’s owner or manager approves what leaves theirs.
Inside your environment and rules.
We work with your IT team, not around them.
Read-only first.
We ask for the least access the work needs, and start read-only where we can.
Every step logged.
A helper prepares, a person approves, and you can see who approved what.
A security review inside the Diagnostic.
We review the tools, accounts, access and approvals that exist today, and we answer security questionnaires honestly, including where we don’t have an answer yet.

How it could work
An example day. Not a real client. Not a result.
A franchise location opens. Here’s how onboarding could go.
- 01 · Onboarding desk
The helper drafts The new location’s checklist, from headquarters’ standard.
The person approves The owner approves it.
Owner approved - 02 · People desk
The helper drafts Reminders for each new hire’s first-week steps.
The person approves The manager approves each reminder.
Owner approved - 03 · Compliance desk
The helper drafts A list of the licenses and documents still missing.
The person approves The owner reviews and approves the requests.
Owner approved - 04 · Reports desk
The helper drafts The location’s setup status, added to headquarters’ weekly summary.

The ladder at this scale
Diagnostic.
Your first step. We interview the people who do the work, review your tools, accounts, access and approvals, and check what you already pay for and who uses it. You get a Blueprint, a pilot plan for one location and an adoption plan. Scoped by roles and locations, one location first, and agreed in writing before we start.
Build.
A pilot at one site: five business days to stand up and test it with the team, then the final plan in writing. We agree with your IT team where it runs and who can reach what.
Run.
We roll out site by site, with approvals and an audit trail at each, and we stay until it sticks.

Pricing is scoped, not listed. Already have a consultant or integrator? We build behind them. See Partners.
Partnership, through adoption
As your AI operations partner, we don’t hand over a plan and leave. We train each location, walk the team through what they’ll see, and stay until it becomes how the work gets done. Headquarters sets the standard. Each owner approves what leaves. We map the route and climb with you.
Questions
What is a desk?
One job at one location, such as onboarding, scheduling or reporting. A helper prepares the work on it, a person approves what leaves, and every action is logged. A desk doesn’t replace a person.
What does it cost?
We scope the Diagnostic by roles and locations and agree it in writing before we start. Build and the monthly fee are scoped from the plan. We don’t list prices at this size.
Is our data safe?
We don’t hold SOC 2, ISO 27001 or any certification, and we don’t claim integrations we haven’t built. We’ll scope sign-in, access and where it runs with your IT team. Send your security questionnaire first and we’ll answer what we can and say plainly what we can’t.
Operating in several countries? Tell us where.
We’re based in Roseville, California, and we haven’t set up a system outside the US yet. Tell us where you operate, and we’ll say what we can and can’t do.
Can you run inside our environment?
We’d discuss your cloud or ours with your IT team and scope it in the Diagnostic. We don’t promise a specific setup until that review is done.
Start with a Diagnostic at one location.
We work with your operations and IT teams, and we stay until your people use it.
