Regional / multi-state
Your AI operations partner, site by site.
About 11 to 200 people, or several locations. Count whichever is bigger.
We work with your operations and IT teams to set up one operating system across your sites, start with a Diagnostic at one, and stay until your people use it.
Scoped by roles and locations, and agreed in writing before we start.
Not a tool drop. A partner who stays until it sticks.
You are in the right place if...
- You run two or more sites, or one large site with managers under you.
- You have roughly 11 to 200 people, and decisions move through a manager before they reach you.
- You have an IT person or provider, and new tools go through them.
Solo to about 10 people, one location? See Local. 200+ people, or many locations? See National.
Why companies bring us in
Sound familiar?
You already pay for AI tools, and you can’t tell who uses them.
Each site does the work its own way.
IT needs to know what any new system would touch.
Where work tends to slip
Sound familiar?
Handoffs between sites.
Detail gets lost when work moves from one desk, shift or office to the next.
The same process, done several ways.
Each site has its own habit, so you can’t compare them.
Onboarding new people.
Every hire gets the same checklist and the same chasing.
Records and deadlines.
Compliance documents and renewals are tracked by whoever remembers.
Reporting up.
The weekly summary is assembled by hand from different formats.

Who this is for
Distribution centers
Receiving exceptions and dock appointments get sorted by phone.
Warehouses
Customers ask where their inventory is, and billing is added up at month end.
Construction management firms
RFIs, submittals and pay applications live in too many places.
Multi-office and operations-heavy companies
The same process runs differently in every office.
How we work with your IT
A set of desks per site.
Each site gets the desks it needs (receiving, dock, billing, reporting). The same set repeats site by site.
A helper at each desk.
It prepares the work. A person approves what leaves, and every action is logged.
Read-only first.
We ask for the least access the work needs, and start read-only where we can.
Where it runs is a conversation.
Your cloud or ours. We scope this with your IT team and don’t promise a setup before the review.
Pilot at one site.
Nothing expands until the first site is working.

How it could work
An example day. Not a real client. Not a result.
A distribution center at shift change. Here’s how the handoff could go.
- 01 · Receiving desk
The helper drafts A list of open exceptions from the shift’s notes.
The person approves The supervisor checks it and corrects a line.
Owner approved - 02 · Dock desk
The helper drafts Tomorrow’s appointments, and the carriers still unconfirmed.
The person approves The coordinator approves the reminders.
Owner approved - 03 · Handoff desk
The helper drafts One handoff note for the incoming supervisor.
The person approves The outgoing supervisor reviews and approves it.
Owner approved - 04 · Reports desk
The helper drafts The night’s open items, added to the morning summary.
The person approves The manager reads it. Nothing goes out.
Could draw on the logs and spreadsheets you already keep, once we scope the connection with your IT team.
The ladder at this scale
Diagnostic.
Your first step. We interview the people who do the work, review your tools, accounts, access and approvals, and check what you already pay for and who uses it. You get a Blueprint, a pilot plan for one site and an adoption plan. Scoped by roles and locations, one site first, and agreed in writing before we start.
Build.
A pilot at one site, set up with your IT team and tested with the people who’ll use it.
Run.
We roll out site by site and stay until it sticks. A person approves what leaves.

Pricing is scoped, not listed. Already have a consultant or integrator? We build behind them. See Partners.
Partnership, through adoption
As your AI operations partner, we don’t hand over a plan and leave. We train your managers, walk each team through what they’ll see, and stay until it becomes how the work gets done. You lead. We map the route and climb with you.
Questions
What is a desk?
One job at one site, such as receiving, scheduling or billing. A helper prepares the work on it, a person approves what leaves, and every action is logged. A desk doesn’t replace a person.
What does it cost?
We scope the Diagnostic by roles and locations and agree it in writing before we start. Build and the monthly fee are scoped from the plan. We don’t list prices at this size.
Is our data safe?
We don’t hold SOC 2 or any certification yet. Every outbound step waits for a person, every action is logged, and your data is exportable, never sold and never used for anyone else. Send your security questionnaire before the Diagnostic and we’ll answer it honestly, including where we don’t have an answer yet.
Will IT have to approve this?
Probably, and we’d want them in the room early. The Diagnostic reviews your tools, accounts, access and approvals, so IT sees what we’d touch before we build anything.
Where does it run?
We’d discuss your cloud or ours with your IT team and scope it in the Diagnostic. We don’t promise a specific setup before that review.
Start with a Diagnostic at one site.
We work with your operations and IT teams, and we stay until your people use it.
