Why I built this.
I started my career in the US Navy as a Quartermaster on submarine fleet operations — an environment where process discipline and precision aren't optional. That mindset followed me into 20 years of engineering leadership at software companies across the country.
At Adobe I ran engineering and product operations for organizations managing hundreds of millions in annual revenue. I built teams, shipped products, and learned what it looks like when operations actually work — systems connected, data flowing, decisions not bottlenecking at the top.
