Common questions about the Scorecard

Is it really free?
Yes. Forty-five minutes of your time, and the page is yours. No invoice, no pitch deck, no follow-up sequence you have to unsubscribe from.
How is this different from the Custom Blueprint?
The Scorecard tells you where you're leaking. The Blueprint tells you exactly what to build, in what order, at what cost — with interviews across your team and a full systems audit. That's $2,500 and two weeks. Most people start here first.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. Don't pull reports, don't build a list. Just talk through how a job actually runs. The gaps show up on their own.
What if we're not ready to automate anything?
Then you have a free page telling you where your operation is weakest, which is useful on its own. Plenty of what we find gets fixed with a process change and no software at all.
Who actually does the scoring?
Mark Petersen — 25 years running engineering and product operations, most recently as a Director at Adobe. You're not getting handed to a junior analyst. There isn't one.
Do I have to switch tools?
