What happens

A half day with you and your co-owner

We map the top three leaks from your Scorecard.

  1. 1

    One-on-one meetings

We sit down with you and your co-owner, one at a time.

  2. 2

    We map the process

Every step as it runs today, who does it, and where it stalls.

  3. 3

    AI assessment

We check each step for what a digital teammate can take on.

  4. 4

    Blueprints and quote

One Blueprint per leak, and a scoped Build quote.

We ask you to show us real examples. Nothing to prepare beyond a short note we send first.

Three deliverables, built from your own business.

For larger companies, the Diagnostic includes a systems and security review: which tools, accounts, access and approvals exist today.

✓  Captured

One-on-one meetings

On site, a few hours with each key person, watching real work.

Outcome

The plan reflects how the work happens.

Keep it, whether or not you build with us.

What you walk away with

The Blueprint document, a presentation for you and your team, and a private page plus a PDF. The Opportunities Report and the process maps come with it. All of it is yours to keep.

What it replaces

Guessing where AI would help. Buying tools you may not need. Building the wrong thing first.

If you don’t need it, we’ll say so

Plenty of problems get fixed with a process change and no software. If a tool you already pay for does the job, we tell you.

What you get

One Blueprint for each leak

What to change, what it’s worth, what to do first.

Sample Blueprint

The invoice, before and after

An example of how a Blueprint reads. Yours is written from your own meetings.

Inside the Blueprint

What the document contains.

Nine plain-language sections. Here is the layout, with an example so you can see how it reads.

Section listThe nine sections
  1. The short version
  2. What we heard
  3. Your process, mapped
  4. What we would do first
  5. The first 90 days
  6. How we will know it is working
  7. What we need from you
  8. How your data is handled
  9. Open questions

Example only. Not a real client. Illustrative, not a promise of results.

Example onlyExample process map: a remodeler quote process

A remodeler’s quote process, mapped step by step: who does each step today, where it stalls, and what a digital teammate could take on. Yours is mapped from your own meetings.

Questions

Before you book

Can I stop after the Diagnostic?

Yes. The Diagnostic and everything in it is yours to keep, and building from it is your call. There is no obligation to build with SierraWorks.

I already pay for ChatGPT or Copilot. Do I need this?

Maybe not. We look at what you have first. If a tool you already pay for does the job, we will tell you.

How long are the meetings?

A half day with you and your co-owner, on site where we can. We ask you to show us real examples, so there is nothing to prepare beyond a short note we send first.

What happens to what people tell you?

We use it to build your plan, and not for anyone else. Names, account numbers and other personal details stay out of our notes. Nothing is sent, paid, created or changed without a person approving it, and you can export your data at any time.

Can I see a real Blueprint?

We keep client Blueprints private. The example above shows the layout and how it reads. Yours is written from your own meetings.

What does it cost?

The price is set by how deep we go and agreed in writing before we start. Any build and monthly fee come later and are scoped from your plan.
